A non-profit organization called BAAY (Bellingham Arts Academy for Youth) comes and does an after-school drama program. They put on two shows per-school year. I only heard about it in my last year at Wade King, (my Elementary school) so I only got to be in two shows: Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (I was Luca Salt, Veruca Salt's twin sister), and the Wizard of Oz (I was Emeraldcityella).
| In Olympia, I preformed in Seussical the Musical. |
| Me (center), as Jojo, My cousin Faith (left), as a Who, and my cousin Melissa (right), as a Wickersham wrangler.
Now, here in Bellingham,  I'm in two shows!
At the Bellingham Family Partnership Program (BFPP), my homeschooling program, there is a theater class that I'm in. They are doing a show called: The Mysterious Case of the Missing Ring.
I am Julia, the maid. (Julia and Maggie are combined into just Julia.)
Here is a link to the YouTube video of it:

I am also in a show at BAAY. I had only been there once before, to watch Ella (one of my best friends, currently in Korea) preform in Hercules.
Now I am preforming in the School of Rock, as Principal Rosalie Mullins! I'm very exited! We're working on dances and singing right now.
The director is Maddie. (She is awesome!)
The singing teacher is Erica. (she is awesome too!)
And the choreographer is Lisa. (She is the one who directs the shows at Wade King! She is also super awesome!)
I'm loving both shows! I'm having SOOOOO much fun!
This. Makes me SO HAPPY! I wish so much we could fly out to see your opening night. Oh, Emma, update on this again soon, ok? I bet you are just crushing it. Yaaay for community theater and young performers!!!
