Marshmallows and Toothpicks

Olivia, Mom, and I experimented with marshmallows and toothpicks.





We tried to make the strongest and tallest structures.




Triangular shapes are stronger than squares.




TRIANGLE               VS                SQUARE










Winner: TRIANGLE!!!!

    Did Olivia really help? Or did she nibble on building materials? Also, your mom is awesome to think of doing engineering projects w/ kitchen items. I should copy this idea.
